Yes We are looking for a Group Home Manager to supervise and coordinate care for individuals with developmental disabilities in a group home setting.
Hours:
In this role the hours will vary depending on the needs of the group home.
Typically during the week the shift will fall between 6am and 4pm.
This position requires being on call 24/7.
This position is responsible for filling direct care shifts as needed.
Direct shifts are compensated.
LOCATIONS:
91st ave and Deer Valley (All male group home)REQUIREMENTS:
Experience in Group Homes, DTA's, or HCBS is a MUST Must be 21
years old High school diploma or GED Must be able to pass a criminal background check Fingerprint clearance check Valid AZ driver's license Reliable transportation is vital Clean 39 month motor vehicle record
Responsibilities:
Scheduling and supervising staff On-call back up for scheduling and emergencies Client medical and behavioral appointments Maintaining licensing standards for the home Communication with family and state personnel Care and supervision of clients:
ADL's Behavior management Cooking Cleaning SKILLS:
Current certifications ( CPR, First Aid, Prevention and Support, and Article 9).
