Daily, analyze individual and team performance through direct observation (call monitoring, deskside sessions) and reporting.
Coach and develop team to meet all performance expectations.
Provide consistent feedback to account managers through ongoing dialogue, to include monthly one-on-one meetings.
Provide and document appropriate timely corrective action should account managers fail to meet performance expectations.
Actively communicate with senior leadership, to include performance concerns and successes.
Handle manager calls; deescalate and resolve consumer complaints.
Serve as an effective resource to team and others.
Participate in company meetings, initiatives, engagement activities, and leadership workshops.
