Smoke Shop Sales Associate Are you passionate about tobacco products and accessories? Do you have excellent customer service skills and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment? Royal Smoke and Vape is currently seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable individual to join our team as a Smoke Shop Sales Associate.

Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner - Provide product recommendations and assist customers in finding the right tobacco products, pipes, vaporizers, and accessories - Educate customers about the features, benefits, and proper use of various products - Operate the cash register and handle transactions accurately - Keeping the store clean and stocking inventory - Stay up-to-date with industry trends and new product releases - Adhere to all applicable laws and regulations regarding the sale of tobacco products - Provide exceptional customer service and resolve any customer issues or concerns - Strong knowledge of Vape and Glass is preferred.
Knowledge of kratom and CBD is a huge plus.
Qualifications:
- Previous retail experience, preferably in a smoke shop or related industry - Knowledge and passion for tobacco products, pipes, vaporizers, and accessories - Strong interpersonal and communication skills - Ability to work well in a team and individually - Attention to detail and ability to multitask - Basic math skills for cash handling - Must be 21 years or older.
Schedule:
This is a Full time/Part time position with flexible scheduling.
Availability on evenings, weekends, and holidays is required.
