Respond to a high volume of Customer phone calls and emails, addressing all inquiries, processing and tracking orders.
Accommodate Customers requests in a flexible manner
Understand Customer needs and develop compelling solutions.
Accountability to make timely and accurate decisions within established boundaries and the ability to communicate decisions with confidence.
Ensure through team efforts that call quality, productivity, and perfect order metrics are achieved.
Complete and forward appropriate paperwork to respective departments.
Requirements:
Professional telephone manner and written English communication skills
Ability to problem solve, multitask, and show initiative with ingrained teamwork skills
Proven sense of Customer Service Focus
Attention to detail and accuracy
